In order to graduate from iTEE University the following form must be submitted to the iTEE University Registrar at least 60 days prior to the requested graduation date.

• If you fill out the application form on this page, it will be automatically sent to the iTEE University Registrar.
• If you download the paper application form, you must print it and fill it out by hand. Once completed, scan (or photograph) it, attach it to an e-mail note and send to the iTEE University Registrar (registrar@iteeg.org).
